About the Artist

Painting is a medium for transforming reality, emotion, and nature into visual poetry. I find painting to be very therapeutic. I have been inspired by  various artists both Chinese ( Tsen Hsueh-Kung --"Tuchiangyen,a 2200 -year Irrigation System" and  Pan Yun-"Spring Morning ") and western artists-John Constable, Monet & Van Gogh. I also do Stylized Calligraphy after seeing the artworks of Saddiqain  and Gulgee which are a class of their own.

Artworks of mine are in the following  including--Contemporary Art, Landscapes,  Still Life,  Genre Painting, Animal Genre, Collages, Far Eastern Art, Portraits, Naive Art and Stylized Calligraphy.
