Oman's mountain landscape is dominated by Hajar Mountains, a 700 Km range running northwest -to- southeast, featuring the highest peaks like Jebal Shams and Jebal Akhdar. The painting shows only a part of the Western Hajar Mountains on top of which the Oman's National T.V. and Radio Stations are built. There is a valley (Wadi) below these stations and the houses built on the part of the mountains opposite the T.V. and Radio stations enjoy a beautiful view, including a lovely sunrise everyday.
